Arugula - Spicey, yet Sweet

Arugulas lobed leaves, with their distinctive spicey taste, add tang to green salads, pasta, quiche, and more.  The best flavor, peppery yet sweet, comes from plants grown in cool climates making it an ideal fall crop here in Oklahoma.
