Cranberry Salad from Kat

1 Pkg Fresh Cranberries

1 Can Crushed Pineapple

1 Naval Orange

1 Cup Sugar

Large Handful of Almonds (optional)


Crush the cranberries in a food processor. 

Add pinapple minus 1/2 of juice.

Peel the orange and remove all white pith from peel.  Add peel and orange to processor.

Add sugar.

Process until cranberries have been chunked into small pieces.  Let sit overnight.  Add almonds before serving.
