I had this beautiful head of Phocas Farms cabbage sitting on my kitchen counter and I was trying to come up with a wonderful recipe for it. I remembered Lisa cooking lunch for us at the office several years back. She brought her wok and all the wonderful ingredients for Fried Cabbage. So, I was on a search for the recipe.
Low and behold, I found it . . . . my 1980's Okarche Cookbook. I can't tell you how often this cookbook came in handy when the kids were small. . . much before we would run to the computer to find a recipe on the internet everytime we needed one. I mean, that's much faster than now days than trying to flip through a cookbook. Right? Anyway, flipping through the cookbook brought back many memories.
I've included several of my favorites in the recipe section of this sight. Be sure to check them out.
Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole
Broccoli Corn Bake
Larkin's Fried Cabbage
Herbed Spinach Bake
Happy Cooking!
