I was really surprised at the taste of this dish. The radishes take on a completely different taste and the greens are toned way down once cooked. Of course, don't hesitate to use plenty of butter. This is probably my new favorite way to use Phocas Farms radishes. Try it . . . I think you'll be surprised.
