Incorporate smoothies into your menu plans. Plan for using excess produce. For instance, when your bananas start to age, peel them and put them in the freezer for use in smoothies or baking. There are many recipes out there for delicious smoothies. Here are 2 of my favorites which might get you started. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how delicious these are.
